Situated just a short walk from the centre of the harbour village with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs, this superb holiday home sleeps five people and two dogs. On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms – both with en-suites; whilst on the lower ground floor, you’ll find the main living areas and a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room which doubles up as a cloakroom. Outside, a patio from the lounge/diner stretches the whole width of the property and has plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, a table and parasol. From the patio, steps lead down to a small, secure, fenced grass area and here is off-road parking for one car next to Ocean View.

Ocean View cannot be faulted . This was our third return visit and we hope to make many more . The location and views from every room and patio are exceptional .The cottage is extremely well equipped and comfortable the owners have taken trouble to ensure Ocean view really does feel like a welcoming home from home .

Waking up to the views out of the bedroom window each morning is pretty special. It was very odd coming home and not being able to hear the breaking of the waves. This is our second time to Ocean View and we hope to come again, as do our dogs who very much enjoyed their holiday. Porthleven is excellent with lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Pretty much everywhere is dog friendly.
