Guests generally enjoyed their stay at Llys Madoc, appreciating the welcoming touches, well-equipped kitchen, and the property's proximity to the beach and local amenities. The location offers great opportunities for exploring North Wales, with several guests planning to return. Some concerns were raised about the mattresses and noise, but these were not universal.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the apartment to be clean and cosy, with only a few mentioning issues such as spider webs and dirty rugs. The majority of reviews, however, praise the cleanliness, suggesting it is well-maintained.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Some guests mentioned traffic noise and nearby construction, but the convenience for exploring North Wales was a significant positive factor.

Guests found the apartment to be comfortable and homely, with some suggesting the mattresses and pillows could be updated. The high ceilings and generous living space were appreciated, although some discomfort from noise was noted.

The apartment is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, but some guests noted maintenance issues such as broken window latches and poor-quality cutlery. The presence of a building site was mentioned, but it did not significantly detract from the experience for most.

Many guests were delighted by the welcome basket and felt well-cared for, although it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be provided on every occasion.

We could park right outside of the flat, which for myself, being disabled with mobilty problems, was great as it only had a small step to enter via this back entrance. Inside there was plenty of room, very spacious indeed. It was clean and airy with all the things that were needed for a great holiday which we had!! Anyone who would like a break/holiday in North Wales would not find a better place to stay. Personally i think that anyone would find it difficult to find anywhere better.

Such a lovely apartment. Facilities were great. The only downside was that the listing didn’t mention anything about being so close to the A55. The shower was also lukewarm. However being so close to the stunning beach only a few minutes walk away and having loads on the doorstep to see far overrode this. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. It was perfect for our dog too as we felt at peace of mind that he would not get on any furniture as there were plenty of adjoining doors. Thank you so much both host and Sykes helpful staff for everything!
